A truly magical and life-changing experience. Not to be missed. We cruised 35km down the river. Swam all day. Tackled some rapids. Ate three amazing meals a day, carefully prepared by Jannie. Saw some of the most beautiful riverscapes that can be imagined. The area is pristine. Jannie is a true gentlemen. The experience is safe yet fun. We were a group of 6 (8 with the two crew). 4 boats; and it was perfect!
Our overnight river rafting trip on the Orange River was an unforgettable experience. Jannie and his team at African Tours and Adventures are superb tour guides and hosts. After paddling on the river and having fun in small rapids, we arrived at our destination as the sun was setting. In no time they had put up a kitchen and strechers. They made the most delicious potjie on an open fire. We enjoyed this experience tremendously. I can strongly recommend African Tours and Adventures.
Jannie is a very knowledgeable and kind tour guide. The equipment is new and of great quality. We booked an overnight tour on the Orange River and had a great time. Everything was organised to perfection and Jannie's cooking is unparalleled. Highly recommended!
